The short version: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All data (coins, game stats, preferences) lives exclusively in your browser. We don't know who you are, and we prefer it that way.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Great North Adventure does not collect:

  • Your name, email address, or any contact information
  • Your age (only a local boolean confirmation is stored)
  • Payment information of any kind
  • Account credentials (no accounts exist)
  • Location data beyond what is inherent in standard web server logs
  • Behavioural tracking data linked to your identity

2. Data Stored Locally in Your Browser

The following information is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only:

  • gna_age_verified — A flag (value: "1") indicating you completed age verification
  • gna_cookie_consent — Your cookie consent choice ("accepted" or "declined")
  • gna_coins — Your current Adventure Coin balance
  • Game-specific statistics such as hands played, win counts, and highest win amount

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to our servers, third parties, or any other destination. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or site data.

3. Server Logs

Like all web servers, ours may automatically record standard technical information including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and page request timestamps. This information is used solely for security and operational purposes and is not linked to individual identities or retained beyond standard operational periods.

4. Cookies

5. Third-Party Services

Game assets are served from our own platform. Player profile images used on the Community page are illustrative examples only. We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools.

The Platform links to external responsible gaming organizations (Gamblers Anonymous, GambleAware, NCPG) with rel="noreferrer" attributes to prevent any referrer data transmission.

6. Children's Privacy
